This quiet 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home offers a private retreat for couples and single travelers. For your comfort, the unit is equipped with a strong A/C system and an air purifier. The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen size bed, a walk-in closet, a large mounted smart TV, and black out window blinds for a peaceful night sleep.  The bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and a separate dual sink and vanity area. There is a washer and dryer in the unit available for your use.  Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with updated stainless-steel appliances, refurbished cabinetry, and a new backsplash. The dining area with seating for 4 welcomes you with a copper and glass table and a stunning copper drum light (a nod to Tucson's copper mining history).  There is a relaxing, open balcony complete with plush swivel gliders, patio furniture, and a telescope that you can use to stargaze (Tucson is a 'dedicated dark sky city'). The living room offers comfortable leather furniture, an additional television, and there is a dedicated workspace featuring high speed Wi-Fi.
