This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers an open floor plan and private outdoor patio space. The main bedroom is located on its own side of the unit and offers private access to outdoor space, along with separate controls for the heat and air conditioning for this section of the home. Enjoy the Tempur-Pedic adjustable base king size bed, a walk-in closet, a television, and an attached bathroom with a large double vanity, make up area, and a tub/shower combo.  The second bedroom has a full size sleeper sofa, a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, and a television. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, two closets, a large dresser, and a television. Full-size Laundry and a second bathroom are located right down the hall. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and a coffee bar offering a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The dining area comfortably seats 6, with additional bar seating for socializing.  The living room will impress with its tray ceiling, ceiling fan, cozy seating, television, and wood burning fireplace. There is an expansive private patio for relaxing, complete with table and chairs. One designated, covered parking spot is available, along with ample uncovered spaces nearby.
